In the first season Izzie Stevens and Alex Karev are enemies, at second season they began a relationship but it was very short because Alex betrayed her. For the nexts three seasons she has a love that perhaps will be her first big true love, however,this person dies.
At the end of the fourth season Izzie decides to take a new opportunity with Alex
Time after his reconciliation, Izzie discovers she has a cancer that has already metastasized from the brain to the skin and liver, Alez was always with her.
Alex and Izzie get married at the end of fifth season before entering a treatment that will shave the hair.
It is a relationship that i do not like, because i think the relationship of them was very fast and strange, Izzie had more relationships before Alex and i think she loved most the others relationships before Alex,
